Delivery

• Delivery is currently set up for the UK only but we will ship elsewhere on an individual basis.

• If you are interested in shipping outside the UK please contact us for a courier quote.

• We dispatch orders in the UK using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.

• Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Returns and refunds

• If you contact us to cancel an order before shipping, you will be fully refunded for the purchase price and postage costs.

• We do not accept returns unless an item is broken in transit.

• In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken please take a picture of the contents in the box and get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving it. You can do this by using the contact form or emailing us at clayevolution@outlook.com.

• Once we have agreed a refund we will process your refund within 5 days. If you’d prefer a replacement we will dispatch within 3 working days.

Care instructions - Tableware (mugs, bowls, plates etc.)

• Please wash before use. While your tableware is clean before it is packaged and sent it’s best to give your items a clean before using them.

• All of our tableware is dishwasher safe. Pieces with any gold lustre detail are not dishwasher safe.

• All of our tableware can be used in the microwave but be aware that over time it may impact the glaze. Items with any gold lustre detail must not be microwaved. The gold is metal and will cause your items to spark.

Care instructions – Vases and Jars

• To clean hand-wash in warm soapy water.

• Unless otherwise stated vases and jars are suitable for holding water if you would like to use them as vases for flowers.

Care instructions – Buttons

• If you are using the buttons on items of clothing we recommend hand-washing. The buttons will not be harmed by hot water or washing powder. If you do want to put something in the washing machine we recommend using a laundry bag to provide some protection

• We take care to remove sharp edges around the holes but be aware that ceramic buttons will wear through thread more quickly than plastic buttons.
